Suggest Treatment For Large Cyst In Arm Pit

I have a large cyst in my arm pit.I was scheduled for surgical removal, as it's been there for over a year and growing. It is extremely painful, and now it has ruptured, a piece the size of half a marble has burst through my skin, leaving a hole, and more of the same large cyst. It is deep and extremely painful. Do I wait for surgery? I'm concerned about going to ER as I am afraid of them trying to just numb my arm and start digging, and I feel this deep into muscle.
What should I do?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The possible cause in of lump in the armpit / axillary region with tenderness and pain on touch is seen generally after hair follicular infection, abscess.
2.The treatment of choice is a small incision and drainage - followed by a course of antibiotics with regular dressing of wound ( post procedural care)
3.Sorry but one day you have to go and get treated - if you delay it will complicate and more delay in healing.
4.A remedy - do not scratch or interact the lesion, no scratching, pressing - these all will delay in healing and complicate the process.
5.Maintain local hygiene, clean the post procedure site with a antiseptic liquids. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
