Suggest Treatment For Large Lump On The Neck

I have a large lump on the right side of my neck, right by the hair line, close to my spine. I thought it was a knot, so I had a couple people try to rub it out. It didn t work. Today I found another lump a couple inches higher on my head. I am on Topamax and Imatrex for my migranes, and the past week they have been getting worse. I don t know if they are linked or these lumps are serious. Any advice?

Hi, dear
I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern.
You may have enlarged lymphnode due to reactive hyperplasia or some soft tissue tumor like lipoma, neurofibroma or dermatofibroma. It has no relation with your migraine. You should go for fine needle aspiration cytology or biopsy of that lump.
It will give you exact diagnosis.
Then you should take treatment accordingly.
Hope I have answered your question, if you have doubt then I will be happy to answer. Thanks for using health care magic. Wish you a very good health.
