Suggest Treatment For Large Testicles
Hello sir My name is Yesrub Age 28 Male and i m looking a healthy person but sir now after 6 month i have decide to marry now but in past 1999 i have a serious problems of mums(soiling aroud the ear and face) due to this problem my testes size is totally change one testes is much bigger than other initially i dont care this problem due to young age of life now due to proper marriage life to be started i decided to take consultation of this problem.i have also a pain in some time and also when doing a hand job in some time there is a pain in testes i m so much afraid after my marriage can this problem is increase or not.

1.Large testis after an infection remains large, needs to be evaluate the cause.
2.The possible causes could be inflammatory / infective causes with old healed granulomas, calcifications.
3.Could be collection of the fluid - hydrocele, thickened chord, dilated venous channel.
4.Ultrasound scrotum will help in evaluation of testicular size, blood supply, presence of fluid and other possibilities.
5.Mass lesion can not be ruled out - ultrasound will evaluate.
6.So if you want to be confident before starting relationship - get a scan done, that will give possible causes. Good luck.
