Suggest Treatment For Leakage Of Semen From The Penis

Ok, so for the last year and a half I have been in a relationship, however, we have recently split. During this relationship I had a problem which I never told my partner. This was that if we even did small things like hugged, I would get aroused and get an erection. Also, after this erection, semen would usually come out of my penis. This would effect me sexually as if this had already happened, any sexual activities would not last too long. Now that I have split with this partner, I want to know if this can be stopped for the future?
