Hello,
Welcome to health care magic. I am Dr Alok Sinha, MD Psychiatry from India. I will try my best to answer your query.
I can understand your concern.
The condition you are suffering from is called Dhat Syndrome. It is a known entity of Indian subcontinent. Due to our cultural belief it has been deeply engraved in our mind that loss of semen (through masturbation/night fall) is associated with loss of vigour. Apart from that we also harbour a belief that semen may be excreted through urine. These myths are more propagated by quacks and hakims, to generate fear in people just to run their own business. As you told you have spent more than 50 thousands rupees and tried all pathies without cure.
Let me assure that:-
1. Semen is stored in
seminal vesicle. Semen does not come so easily, it can come only during orgasm after seminal vesicle contraction. So passage in urine is out of question.
2. Even if semen comes out due to nightfall or masturbation, it does not produce weakness.
3. For cleaning purpose every tube in body secretes some kind of fluid due to presence of glands, like we see mucus at
nasal cavity, sputum at pharynx. Similarly genital tract also has some secretions because of glands. This secretion may come out through
urethra (which often goes unnoticed), but it is not semen. So the thick substance you are passing in urine is not semen rather it is a waste secretion coming out. So, nothing to worry.
Just as like semen is discharged during copulation, it can be discharged during masturbation and nightfall also. Same semen when discharged at nightfall we blame it for weakness, but when it comes after copulation we don't feel anything, WHY? Because, it is all in our mind. Passage of semen during copulation is acceptable to our subconscious mind because of our cultural belief, but discharge of semen through masturbation/nightfall is condemned. So each time we masturbate or have nightfall, we feel guilt. Due to our cultural belief we start thinking about health consequences of this, as a result we become anxious. These negative emotions like guilt, fear (of loss of vigour, of
sexual dysfunction) do much harm. Then person try all kind of medicines.
Masturbation is not a must do act. If you don't like, please avoid doing it just the sake of avoiding a nightfall.
There are some simple tips to reduce Night fall:-
- Don't take liquid after 8 PM even milk.
- Wear loose clothing.
- Have light dinner.
- Avoid tea /coffee
- Avoid porn materials
- Put an alarm just before the usual time of nightfall for some day. This will make a rhythm and after few weeks you will be able to wake yourself up just before night fall.
If you still have some doubt, please personally visit a nearby
psychiatrist.
Hope it answers your question. All the best.
