Suggest Treatment For Leakage Of Sperms While Urinating

Hi, My name is karthik, 25 Male, unmarried. My problem is when I’m using toilet sperm comes out when I give pressure to toilet, I feel bad of losing my sperm everyday and afraid this issue may affect my sexual and marriage life. Can you please advise me how to get cure from this… also I’m very much keen to satisfy sexual pleasure to my future life partner. Kindly help me on this issue. Thanks, Karthik

Hello,

You have mentioned about over leaking sperm during urination and defecation along with premature ejaculation. I hope, i understood you clearly. If not, please rectify.

Sperm coming out along with urine is retrograde ejaculation. Both Retrograde ejaculation and Premature ejaculation may be due to excessive masturbation. It may lead to pain in penis, as you have mentioned.

How many times you masturbate in a day or week?? You should stop masturbating, if not, reduce the frequency. All your problem will gradually resolve.

Anxiety is also the cause of Premature Ejaculation. Stop worrying and you can plan for the marriage happily.

If Premature Ejaculation is causing problem then you can start Fluoxetine after consulting a local Psychiatrist.
