Suggest Treatment For Left Abdominal Pain And Diarrhea
Hi last night I was getting really bad pain in my stomach I went to the bathroom I couldn t poop and I was so much in pain that it felt like I was gonna pass out I gave myself a suppository and I went fine but my stomach pain was still really bad I went to lay down for a few hours with pain still and this morning my pain still continues with diarrhea And it watery with bright red blood and I also threw up last night and this morning.I still feel very nauseous and my lower left abdomen hurts really bad what should I do?
There is need for detailed clinical examination including per rectal examination. Depending upon clinical examination following test may be required-
1) Complete blood count. 2) Liver function test. 3) Kidney function test. 4) Chest xray and Xray abdomen standing. 5) Ultrasound of abdomen and pelvis. 6) Urine examination. 7) Coagulation profile. 8) CT scan of abdomen and pelvis depending upon your clinical examination and above test results.
