Suggest Treatment For Left Ventricular Failure

I am a 65 year old woman .Born with congental heart prob and from 7 years till 14 years with rematic fever.Had two hearts ops...pigs aorta then mecanicle which i have had for 30 years.I was told two years ago that my left ventricle was hardening and there was nothing they could do for me.My symptons are becoming bad and i would like to have an idea what is in front of me apart from death,i am a fighter but would like a little knowlage of what i am fighting.I have a wonderful Dr but he says little...smiles. thank you Julianne.Sorry do not have card to pay u but thanks anyway !

I fully agree with you that you are a fighter.You have undergone open heart surgery twice !
I need to know what exactly you mean by hardening of left vetricle?Has it become weak ?I need actually your exact echo report to guide you properly.even in worst condition there is scope for heart transplant!

First of all I would like to know exact LVEF and detailed report of latest echocardiogram .optimisation of medication must have been done by your treating doctor,
