Hi,

However old we are, we need to do a bit of exercise to keep our muscles toned up. Cramps can be due to deficiency of calcium, sodium, potassium, magnesium or vitamin E. Alcohol use leads to B complex deficiency that can also cause cramps. You can try Gatorade. The arch pain is due to lack of exercise or overweight.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Geeta Sundar
