Suggest Treatment For Leg Pain And Breaking Sound In Elbow

Iam suffering with pain in my right leg L bow while standing and walking and right hand L bow with tik tik breaking sound nearly 100 times perday. My doubt is Iam manstrubating twice a week. After every 4-5 days manstrubating desire occurs and i do it. I am feeling very week . Iam 43 years old , living as a bachelor in saudi arabia. please give good suggestion what should i do.I don t have diabetes or any other diseases except this.

Hello,

Masturbating does not affect the joints or bones in any way so it is not the cause. However, general laxity of joints may be the cause and only way to correct is doing joint strengthening exercises.
