Suggest Treatment For Lesions On The Front Of My Hand

I have wart like legions on the front of my hands. I think it could be because of sun damage as when I get sun in this area it look rashy when exposed to the sun. these started showing up around 3 months ago, they range from tiny ones to bigger ones and sometimes look grey in certain light. is there anything I can do to lessen the appearce of them. they are not so bad yet to be noticable or embarrased about but more keep appearing over time. any treatments I can do to get rid of them or lesson them

According to your history seems to be case of seborrheic keratoses which are benign growths occuring in the skin. You should apply a high spf sunscreen after an interval of 3-4 hours during the day time and apply tretinoin cream at night. This will further lighten them. There are many procedures which can be done to remove them but you need to consult a dermatologist for that.
