Suggest Treatment For Leukemia

My son had leukemia and had a bone marrow transplant in June . They have him on Dapsone but it causes him to have drops in hemoglobin counts and platelet counts. He is allergic to all drugs in the penicillin and sulfa families. I am wondering if there is an antibiotic out there that he can use to protect his immature immune system without the negative effects of dapsone.

He should go for drug allergy testing. Avoid the drug which causing allergy. Take safe antibiotics to prevent infection.
Treatment of leukemia depends on stage and type. Chemotherapy is the treatment of choice.
