Hello,

Based on your query, my opinion is as follows.
1. Leukopenia reduced WBC count.
2. Leukopenia requires a bone marrow examination for confirmation. If there is no infection, not to worry about leukopenia.
3. A complete hemogram along with vitamin B12 levels, and peripheral smear report necessary for further opinion.
4. If your doctor is strongly suspecting leukemia, then Tata memorial hospital or Apollo would be helpful. More details necessary for further opinion.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Prakash H Muddegowda
