Suggest Treatment For Ligamental Joint Pain

My husband has been experiencing bilateral generalized ligamental joint pain and stiffness lupus and ANA negative . The best way he describes it, is that it just hurts, even to get out of bed and get dressed in the morning. These symptoms have just occurred over the past 6-8 weeks or so. He gets some relief with NSAIDS but not entirely. He complains of a lot of his discomfort in his hips and in the groin area.

Physical Therapist or Physiotherapist 's  Response
hi,

thank-you for providing the brief history of your husband.

As he has a pain, and on medication, which helps him to get ease of pain, he should try undergoing physical therapy for strengthening the muscles and a non-invasive way of handling pain by Therapeutic ultrasound therapy and TENS therapy.

Usually patients in my clinic respond well once the physical therapy is initiated and muscles are Strengthened.
