my father(age 78+) suffering from Light headedness & slightly body Imbalance problem. presently he is taking 1)ecosprinav752)dilzemsr90 3)cap flunat10mg 4)tab floricort100mcg 5)stugeron25mg 6)liquid neoguadine. problem remained as it is kindly suggest remedy

Problem seems to be orthostatic hypotension. Get his blood pressure checked in lying down and then in standing position after 3 & 5 minutes.
Dose of fludrocortisone will have to be increased accordingly.
