Suggest Treatment For Lightheadedness And Dizziness

April 2013 I had sudden vertigo 1 time and since then I ve had constant light headedness/dizziness and I always feel out of it constant head and sinus pressure sharp pains in my head and lights seem so much brighter than usual I can t even drive at night anymore.

Are u having headache also? If yes, you might be suffering from migraine but still need to run MRI Brain to rule out secondary etiology. And Get examined by good opthalmologist too. And DONT worry, it might be simple BPPV or peripheral vertigo too.
