Suggest Treatment For Lightheadeness

I have been experiencing extreme lightheadedness everyday for 9 months. I ve seen an ent doctor, a balance therapist. I have also had a 3d Doppler of my heart and a carotid ultrasound. after having these tests, my ent doctor said she thought my symptoms sound like I have a pinched nerve in my neck. my symptoms are pain in the left side of my neck, lightheadedness and ear pressure. What do you think it could be? how can I fix this issue of lightheadedness?

Hello dear,
Thanks for being on healthcaremagic.com. Neck pain , with lightheadedness can result from the following causes:
1)Cervical spondylosis
2)Tension type headache
Ear pressure appears to be unrelated and ENT surgeon is the specialist to give an expert opinion about it.
Please get a cervical X-ray(digital) done after consulting your physician to look for cervical spondylosis.
Meanwhile, you can start Tab. amitriptyline 10 mg once a day at bedtime(with physician's supervision). It may benefit you.I hope this reply helps.
