Suggest Treatment For Liver Cirrhosis, Abdominal Pain And Constipation
i have cirrhosis of the liver, i have incredible abdominal pain. i have a hard tissue that hurts and feels like a hernia. my abdominal area is very distention ., i have occasional constipation and just recently a lot of boulching and gassy, what do you think that is the cause of the new developments and the scruchieting pain in the abdomen? my tumors markers are at 10 according to the gastroenterologist.
Which tumor marker AFP OR HCG??? OK Treatment 1.lkw Salt diet required 2.plant protein diet 0.8to 1gm /kg (avoid animal protein) 3.syrp.duphalc 30ml daily night 4.tab. Rifaximine 550tid 5.if any symptoms of a sbp by ascitic fluid analysis?? Start tab norflox bd So along with that diuretics used depending upon blood pressure and electrolytes.
