Has anyone in your family also suffering from these symptoms? If a patient with these symptoms come to my clinic then i would rule out chronic diseases like pulmonary TB by performing few lab tests & imaging techniques. You need not to worry until or unless it is confirmed. I would recommend you to visit a pulmonologist as he will perform these tests and will critically look into the chest findings. Such patients needs close monitoring. In the meanwhile for cough you can take Diphenhydramine + Dextromethorphan. Hope I have answered your query.
