Suggest Treatment For Loose Bowel Movements Every Time I Eat

I have a few loose bowel movements every time I eat. It is accompanied by gas and there are these black flakes in my stool. A week ago I observed that I had bowel movements more than twice a day and has progressed to this. What do you think could this be?

You have to consult with gastrienterologist and get colonoscopy done , then doctor will come to conclusion for differential diagnosis like irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel disease ..
