Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion With Fever

My daughter is 18 months old and she had 102.5 temp, vomitting and loose motions and she had febrile seizures three days back and was admitted in hospital, got discharged yesterday. Fever is normal (96 temp), but motion problem is still there. She is adviced to take for 3 more days Taxim inject three times in a day (IV).
She is very weak and not eating the usual food proportion.

You need to continue medicines given at discharge ( probiotics and zinc)
It will improve soon
Ensure she drinks plenty of liquids
