Suggest Treatment For Loose Motion With Frequent Mucus Of 3 Month Baby

Hello Dr. My baby is 3 month old and bottle fed baby. She is passing loose stool for the past 4 days, with mucus in it. She s not crying but. But passing motion frequently after every feed during day time. Kindly advice the reason and what to do. Thank u.

bottle fed baby might hav gut infection ...history doesnt reveal about fever ..if no fever then just give it probiotic sachet like prowel
