Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions In 10 Months Kid

Hello sir my 10 months daughter suffering from loose motions and fever from last one week.She has been given parafast suspension for fever,ofloxacin suspension for infection,zinc dry powder(z & d) for loose motion and ors.What do u think sir what is the problem?What will u suggest sir?
