Pediatrician 's  Response
Hi,
We cannot give Cerelac or any other feeds other than breast milk or formula feeds in this age. Just discontinue all feeds other than milk and wait for 5 days for symptoms to settle. If no improvement in 5 days, baby develops fever, stool become blood stained or baby becomes lethargic and not feeding, take him to your pediatrician without any delay.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammed Aslam T. K., Pediatrician
