General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due to GI tract infection.

You can give him syp metronidazole twice a day, econorm satchet twice a day, syp zinc, after detailed medical examination and pediatrician consultation.

Watch for dehydration symptoms, dry skin, dizziness.

Till then maintain well hydration, using oral rehydration solution, coconut water.

Hope I have answered your query, let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr Shyam Kale, Family and General Physician.
