Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions In A Child

Doctor, my son 14 years old and has loose motions ,with high fever,shievering .Loos motions occur every 4 hours in night, 3-4 times in morning and again in noon at 2=00 pm and then in evening.Motions are watery. He also has sever throat infections for which local doctor has started antibiotic injection. Fever has started to come down since this morning (which is fourth day) but loose mtions tend to continue. My son is taking prolyte electrolyte every 2-3 hours, cocunut water,soup ,lot of water. Panadol is given every 4 hours . How the loose motions can be stopped. AD

give him lomofen half tablet ...it will stop loose motion and other things u r doing good, have proper hydration in form ORS and light food.
