Hi thanks for contacting HCM. Noted you have ulcer in scan report.... So chronic gastritis with ulcer first h.pylori has to be ruled out.... Urea breath test or endoscopy and biopsy useful for it.... If h.pylori positive then omeprazole plus clarithromycine and amoxycillin regimen given.... Meanwhile avoid gastric irritants like .... -excess tea and coffee -alcohol -soft drinks -meat -smoking If still no benefit stool examination for parasite and stool culture needed for bacterial cause... If still needed endoscopy and biopsy needed.... HIV and hyperthyroid also has to be ruled out.... Take care Maintain hydration.... Dr.Parth
