Suggest Treatment For Loose Motions,fever And Headache

I am suffering from loose motions and occasional fever and headache, due to which i am unable to get sound sleep in the night. This is for last 3-4 days. One month back also same problem was thereand it took 10 days to reduce the fever. However, even after reduction of fever i did not get the enery levels last month. Kindly advice
