Suggest Treatment For Loss Of Appetite And Gagging.

Hi, I'm not exactly sure how long this is been going on I would say about 3 months but at first it was a loss of appetite but now it's no appetite. I also have gagging and dry heaving not all the time but usually every other day sometimes everyday randomly out of nowhere all starts drive heating and it'll last maybe 10 to 15 minutes then I'll force myself to eat something it doesn't make it go away but it'll subside for a little bit. I'll randomly start gagging and that happens basically every hour. I've always had dizzy spell so I don't know if that could be a symptom or not and I don't know if it would have anything to do with it but I get anxiety attacks

I really appreciate your concern, It may not be the gagging but it could be the breath holding spell, some time it may be due to hyperacidity and it needs to be given try first, second anemic condition could be the cause of this, but first I would like to suggest the PPI (Proton pump inhibitor) and the best molecule is Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Tab Domperidone 20 mg once in day, try to avoid the spicy food, heavy meal, smoking, alcohol prior to sleep, hope this information helps.
