Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Considering your symptoms, I guess there is some physiological disturbance going on in your GI. Maybe related to food, your lifestyle, sleep habits, bowel regulation etcetera.
You may try increased hydration, regular exercises at any time, increase natural fiber in your diet whenever you feel like eating, working on your mood issues if you have any by seeing a therapist.
Sometimes, these problems co-relate to post-menopausal symptoms. You can also get this checked by your OB-GYN Doctor.
If nothing helps, starting an
SSRI (Antidepressant/Anxiolytic) may improve your symptoms and lifestyle.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Ameet Kumar
