Suggest Treatment For Low BP

Are these answers free ????? I need one that is all free I have low blood pressure . I don t know how to get it up. I still don t fell good It was 110/62 P100 Then I mowed the grass. But it didn t go up that much.I take 2 high blood pressre med. Losartan 50mg and Hydrochlorothazide 25mg. Thy wont me to take 1/2 of Losartan . But she didn t tell to come back. This is what it was before I mowed the grass 110/62 and after it is 119/66 and it didn t go up to much it is 119/66 P102.I don t know what s happen to me .I don t know what it should be. Dear you are diagnosed with hypertension and taking losartan 50 mg and hydrochlorthiazid 25 mg.now your blood pressure is well within normal limit.do you have any problems with this bp.if you have any problem such as dizziness feeling of weakness or fatigue this may be because of this low bp.i would like to know what was your blood pressure when you was given this drug..If you are not comfortable with this bp then you can take hydrochlorthiazid in a dose of 12.5 mg once a day.and still if your bp is less than 110 systolic you can reduce the dose of losartan as well.i would like to inform you that never take very fast decision in diagnosis and treatment of high bp except in setting of very high blood pressure . .it should be more than 140/90 on at least two occasions over one week period. Apart from this there are few life style modifications that are equally important . Such as daily brisk walk for 30 minutes and maintaining BMI less than 25.take alcohol in moderation that is less than 1 drink per day.and eat sat and saturated fat restricted diet that is rich in vegetables and fruits . Hope this will help .
