Suggest Treatment For Low Blood Sugar Levels And Tachycardia

Hello, I have had this a few times. It almost feels like low blood sugar, but it isn t. I get this bad back pain that when I move, I pass out. I am constantly shaking with a fast heart rate. I am only out for a few seconds and I gain my strength to crawl and lay down for a bit, but as soon as I get up it happens again. What could this be? Was it something I ate?
