I'm 35 weeks pregnant with my first child and my iron level is really low, my haemoglobin level is 8.4 what can i do or take to put this back up to a healthy amount as I don't eat vegetables I'm scared im going to affect the baby or myself during labour

it will improve your hb with in 10 days.
continue oral iron like elferri xt till your delivery.
