Suggest Treatment For Low Libido In Men

At the beginig of this year I didn t used condom on ma girlfriend then after I had a drop went to clinic they gave me pills then I was healed then what I ve realised is that every fisrt round I take with my girlfriend my penis show no interest, up until june so now it does take some couple rounds but sometimes does not so I would like to get help there what is the real problem
