hi im having a problem of low pressureof semen ejaculation before it use to be ok n my semen count is low its ust 12million/ml also ihave some time erection problems of penis my age is 31also I hava aleft side varicosele can u suggest me the best of the sources I do stay in Hyderabad india

Hi
Low sperm count could be due to varicocele so I suggest surgery
ED can be due to stress so try to sleep properly and exercise daily
