i am 41 old and found 5 years back that i am an azoospermia patient.
maturity of my sperm is only 50 %. ie.there is no sperm count in my semen.
i want to kno what is the latest treatement available for this problem.
any hope ?

I can understand your concerns.
Currently, there are no drugs which can treat azoospermia with certainity.
Some drugs like like paternia/fertisure M are claimed to be helpful in such cases but there are no clinical trials to prove efficacy.
