Suggest Treatment For Low Sperm Count
my sperm count is 5 million and i have been recommended fertyl m what treatment would u suggest with this count iui or icsi doctor has asked to redo semen analysis after 15 days of taking fertyl my age is 40 heigt 5 7 i have one previous child born normal my wifes report are normal

One analysis won't be enough to predict the problem.
In view of your age it is better to get an andrology check up to know about your testis and hormones.Also need to rule out varicocele.
Only then medical treatment should be tried and it has to be taken for minimum 3 months.
