Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain And Diarrhoea
I stated having pain Sunday night in my lower abdominal area, pelvic area. It feels like really bad gas pains. I had low back pain all last week. My urine is clear. It keeps up all night and is very painful throughout the day. I don t have symptoms of a UTI. I have diaria. I ve been sick with a virus for 6 weeks now. I ve seen a Dr twice. Could it be trapped gas?

I really appreciate your concern, it could be colicky abdomen pain. Ideally, it has to be differentiated with abdomen colic, renal colic, biliary colic, otherwise trapping gas and the term like this is just nonspecific or layman term if the pain persist then work-up is necessary, but with the time such pain comes around on its own, still tab Dicyclomine can be used.
