I am 5 yrs remission bread cancer. I have not had a menstrual cycle in almost 4 years. a week ago I started a very light pink bleeding then a yellowish discharge lasting about 8 days. I have had lower abdominal pain for several months but has become more intense radiating to my lower back. I have become even more tired and in pain.
Consult a gynecologist and plan for an ultrasound abdomen. Breast cancer patients are at a high risk for developing cancers in uterus and ovaries and it will present with similar symptoms.
