Suggest Treatment For Lower Abdominal Pain While UPT Is Negative

Hi, I am experiencing a slight pain on my lower left abdomen area, if i press on it, and sit in a certain position, am very tired lately, and my period is late for about 4 days.
I have had too emergency contraceptives within the period of 2 weeks and a five day difference, and still no period, i took a pregnancy test this afternoon and the result was negative, am worried. please advice?

Hi. For the pain like this and after your medical history I would advise you to undergo an urgent ultrasonography to see the position of the ovaries and to find out other possible causes like pelvic inflammatory disease PID,
Get an antibiotic cover in anticipation and the diagnosis will lead to a proper treatment .
