my friend is experiencing lower abdomenal pains that started at his side and is now moving more towards the lower center area of his abdomen. His eating habbits are terrible meaning he basically eats, on average, one meal a day. Yesterday he did not eat all day, yesterday was also the most severe his pain has been. Today the pain has come and gone. he discribed the pain at his side as a pinching feeling that comes abd goes. And the pain in his lower center abdomen is crampy
