Suggest Treatment For Lower Back And Tail Bone Pain After Accident
I m feeling sick since I had a accident 5days ago where I had a hard impact collision on my lower back and tail bone area I ve had X-rays no signs of a break but they say soft tissue damage? I m on pain killers to controll the pain but still in extreme pain I m not sure what to do
tailbone fracture is usually a very bad injury. It happens when a person falls directly on his hips.It is good that you are not having any fracture so I hope you will recover very fast. I have few suggestions for you. 1. Sitz bath- Daily sit in a tub full of gentle warm water .it will give local heat to tail bone and it will lead to faster healing. 2. Take painkillers like Brufen for severe pain. 3. Avoid sitting on hard surface, I would suggest you to sit on a cushion like seat so that pressure is never on the tail bone. 4. Avoid lying down on your back and prefer side on posture so that there is less pressure on tail bone. 5. Avoid constipation as when you apply so much pressure then all that comes on tail bone. If you will follow all those instructions I have full belief that you will be fine very soon.
