Urologist 's  Response
Hello and welcome to HCM.
As an Urologist, i can fully understand your concern.
Blood in urine(hematuria), is abnormal. A contrast CT(CECT), is needed.
Unless the source of bleeding is found out, this will be a cause for recurrence and tension for family. As it has been done twice, and blood tests like, kidney function(creatinine),uric acid, sugar, etc, have been done, the cause is still not known. It's difficult to comment on adequacy of tests, without knowing them.Kindly mention age, and medications taken.
I suggest you send them to me, for an expert opinion, as a direct question.
