Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain And Feeling Of Fatigue

Hi, I'm 31, 5 foot 10.5 inches high and 13st. I have good general health. I have had a stiff neck for the past few months. It tends to be worse in the morning. My neck glands are also slightly swollen and one of my tonsils has been swollen for around 3 months also. My neck also feels very slightly sore but not to the extent that it is difficult to swallow. I also have noticed some chest pain and lower right side abdomen pain most noticeable when lying down. In fact this pain often makes me wake several times through the night. The final thing is lower back pain and a continual feeling of fatigue - not sure if this is just the disrupted sleep or not. I've been to the doctor a few times and he has done blood tests which showed nothing unusual. He said it looks like just a virus, yet I've felt like this for around 3 months now and still not feeling any better. Any ideas?
