Suggest Treatment For Lower Back Pain
I would like as much information on how to live with chronic pain , I am 60 , I have several issues in my lumbar , severe rh , osteo , had ACDF in my neck which is ok for now . And laminectomy disectomy L5S1 . Theses opps were ten yrs ago . In the last few yrs my pain is getting worse , I don t really want to go dwn the surgery path , but may need in the future , my neurosurgeon said ten yrs ago there s no more I can do for your lower back .
