Hey so I m extremely allergic to poison ivy and i woke up with a large rash on my calf which is where i always get poison ivy but I have not come into contact with any at all. Unless it was in the air there is no way I could have gotten it what should I do?
Hello, a rash which appears allergic, could be due to a variety of causes besides poison ivy..Moreover, airborne contact dermatitis willnot involve such area. I would adv you to take tab Cetrizine 10 mg at bedtime, apply Desonide cream locally twice daily. Don't apply any other lotion/cosmetic. Review after 7 days I hope this will subside with this by then Thanks Take care.
