I m a 25yr old male and I have this lump or bump under my leg and my genitals can this be caused by walking a lot or far distances the the underwear is giving the skin an irratation effect, its a little pianful and if I touch it it burns like hell. Its not the first time its happens to me it normaly stays there for plus minus a week and then dissappears. Could it be a gland? And should I worry or get it checked out is the anything I can use to reduce the pain?
based from your description, it could be folliculitis. this usually occurs after shaving, when hair is accidentally pulled out and inflammation and infection occurs, or when there's an irritation or an inflammatory reaction. inflammation from uninfected follicles will subside in a few days time on its own. if the lesion, gets infected, a cyst or an abscess formation might ensue. if symptoms persist, a consult with your doctor is best for clinical evaluation. management (medical and/or surgical) will be directed accordingly.
hope this helps.
good day!!
