Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Lower Eyelid

I have what looks like a small bump on my lower eyelid. My eye swelled and I went to the doctor. he said I had a staph infection in my eye. he prescribed tobradex or something like that. the discharge from my eye and redness has pretty much disappeared but there is still some swelling even a week later.
