Suggest Treatment For Lump In The Vaginal Opening

Hi... On the lip of my the front of my private area down towards my vagina... I when I stretch the skin a lump appears (whitish in colour) and it stands out from the usual bumps down there... Do you knkw what it could be ? I don t think it s a sore as it would hurt and it doesn t look like anything I ve seen online ? Also at the very top of my the lip (at the front opening) there s a tiny little bit of extra skin that has appeared which flaps a little - could there be a reason for this ?

Hi,

A lump on the labia that you have described can be related to a vaginal retention cyst or a sebaceous cyst. Direct examination is needed for confirmation of diagnosis.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Rakhi Tayal,
OBGYN
