I have a lump near the inner part of my eyebrow and by the top of my nose. It doesnt hurt until i touch it and i have tried to pop it and cut it off, only blood comes out no puss or anything else. It did go down a little as some blood left it. It has been there for about 2 days and its not a bump from being hit, i think. I havent been hit in the face recently unless i was asleep. I need to know what this is.
I went through the history you have provided here. It seems from the history that you are having a lump inside the eye brow. This can be a cystic swelling like sebaceous cyst or a dermoid cyst or inflammatory swellings of the glands of the eyelids like hordeolum or chalazion. If there are inflammatory signs like pain, redness, tenderness you need treatment with anti-inflammatory drugs. If there is an frank abscess it needs to be drained bu incision and drainage. Do consult your ophthalmologist for examination and treatment depending on the underlying cause.
Do write back to me for further questions. Wishing you a good health.
